Safety Moment – Cell Phone Up to Date?

Is your cell phone up to date?     I am not talking about the latest model, aps, or bells & whistles. I am talking about your contact list. Little known fact, cell phones can be used to make, what we called in the old days, phone calls.  In scouting, there are a plethora of numbers that are essential for emergencies and youth protection related mandatory reporting requirements.
